There are many who only accept the light and crash when the darkness finds them, as it does for us all.
Others still believe we should not breathe even the name of the darkness for fear of manifesting it. There is some truth to this.
There is also the truth that to walk without understanding our own shadow, we are doomed to deepen it and attract more to affirm this part of ourselves, until it screams loud enough for us to finally hear and heal the wound.
