One on One Coaching

I offer supportive, trauma-informed coaching through listening and honest conversation. Together, we look at what’s getting in your way and explore ways to move forward.

This can mean noticing limiting beliefs, reflexive behaviors, or patterns from the past that no longer help you and learning how to relate to them in a new way.

When it feels right, we can create simple “letting go” practices to honor what you’ve learned and make room for what comes next.

Psychedelic/Ceremony Support

I provide in-person support for individuals or small curated groups. Sessions can be a half or a full day.

My training extends for over 30 years but professionally, for 15 years, my experience has spanned plant medicine, weddings, birthing way and death rites ceremonies.

I also provide preparation and integration support for people working with plant medicine practitioners who don’t include this part of the process.

New Coaches/Spiritual Initiates

Wellness work and ceremonial spaces are largely unregulated, for better or worse. I help new practitioners and spiritual learners build a solid foundation.

We focus on understanding your motivations, noticing blind spots, setting healthy boundaries, and learning responsible ways to practice.

Together, we work on building self-awareness, spiritual hygiene, and showing up in ways that protect both you and the people you support.

Sometimes life hits us like a car crash, and everything we’ve kept “in the back” comes rushing forward on impact. We find ourselves walking a path where the way ahead is unclear. Our sense of direction, personal codes, and north stars can disappear.

This can leave us feeling lost in landscapes changed by trauma, grief, or loss.

Maybe you’re here as a new initiate, helper, spiritual practitioner, or someone on a ceremonial path. You might have questions about what you are seeking, the scope of what you offer, or why you do this work.

You might wonder what to expect from leaders in ceremony, or how to develop best practices in this unregulated field.

However you arrived here, you are invited to grow your capacity for discernment and compassion -- for yourself and others. You can sharpen your clarity of purpose, discover joy in forging a new direction, and receive support as you find your way home work and orient to your new self.
